Pros

Good benefits options, free physical therapy, a few really good coworkers

Cons

Terrible job training, unclear and inconsistent communication, terrible pay for the amount of responsibility, no promotion opportunities, expectations and rules change weekly. High turnover. Huge learning curve. You run the entire clinic, manage insurance for patients and the entire schedule, and get paid the same as everyone at the Walmart down the street

Pros

Co-workers are great to work with, patients usually loved coming into therapy appointments due to good- natured atmosphere

Cons

Expectation is 2-4 patients per hour No time in schedule allowed for paperwork. Expect you to take MedBridge Courses for CEUS rather than approve other courses. Inconsistent yearly reviews, no raise for 3 years Management does not support staff, pushes patients from their schedule to staff, even when they are already double booked (and they have no one). Not family friendly High turn-over
