Community Outreach Continues... Although our office doors are closed, our hearts are wide open. The PCH Social Responsibility Team once again donated a full 53-foot tractor trailer worth of merchandise from excess inventory to two local community organizations. Over 10,000 items of clothing, accessories, bedding, handbags and tote bags were donated to The INN (The Interfaith Nutrition Network) in Hempstead NY (https://the-inn.org/programs/) and the LI Coalition for the Homeless in Amityville NY (https://www.addressthehomeless.org/). Both organizations are preparing to re-open the doors of their free boutiques, and with PCH’s help, the burdens of hundreds of recipients will be a bit lighter. A shout-out too, to one of our freight partners, CH Robinson, for absorbing the trucking cost from our distribution center in St. Cloud, MN.
Our very own Chris Irving, Vice President, Consumer & Legal Affairs, participated in a fun and very positive radio interview last week on Missouri radio to provide consumers tips on how to avoid imposter lottery and sweepstakes scams. The hosts could not have been more supportive or enthused about PCH.
