Pros

Good salary (if you negotiate it from the beginning). 60-day workations anywhere in Europe or your home country. Depending on the team, you may be eligible for a bonus. 30 minutes of free massage per month in the city where your office is located. Claude AI full High quality people, everybody is exceptional as profesional and as person (except for C-LVLs).

Cons

The company has a culture of constant urgency and excessive pressure across most teams. Decision-making often feels driven by short-term weekly analysis rather than a clear long-term vision. One of the biggest challenges is the leadership style. There is a high level of micromanagement from senior leadership, and communication from executives can sometimes feel aggressive or blame-oriented, especially in public channels. Employees are frequently expected to respond outside normal working hours, creating ongoing pressure and unofficial unpaid overtime. There were also situations where leadership communicated that layoffs were not expected, but later several employees across different offices were dismissed, which affected trust internally. While the company promotes values around kindness and inclusion, the day-to-day experience did not always feel aligned with those messages. In some meetings, interactions from senior leadership toward employees were perceived as unnecessarily harsh or disrespectful. They hide behind a facade of kindness and inclusion, and in the end, the C-levels yell at their most valued employees in meetings with many attendees. Overall, this could be a good environment for people who thrive in highly intense and fast-paced cultures, but it may be difficult for those looking for stability, sustainable workloads, and supportive leadership.

Thank you for this honest and detailed review. It is clear you care about the company and took the time to reflect thoughtfully on your experience. We appreciate the recognition of our benefits and the exceptional quality of our colleagues - great colleagues make a real difference to the day-to-day experience, and we are glad that was part of yours. The concerns you have raised around leadership communication, workload pressure, and the alignment between our stated values and day-to-day reality are ones we take seriously. We hold ourselves to a high standard when it comes to how leadership engages with employees, and where we fall short of that, we want to know and we want to improve. Trust, particularly around transparency during difficult periods, is something that takes time to build and can be damaged quickly. We acknowledge that, and we remain committed to earning it by incorporating the right behaviors. If you would like to share more directly, we welcome you to reach out at hr@usercentrics.com.

Thank you for this feedback. It's clear you're invested in making this a great place to work, and that comes through in how thoughtfully you've shared both what's working and what isn't. It's great to hear that the teamwork, the diversity of our workforce, and the hybrid model are landing well. Those reflect real commitments we've made and continue to build on. On the areas you've flagged: Navigating different regulatory frameworks across the EU and Americas makes this more complex than we'd like, but complexity isn't an excuse for standing still, and so we hear you and will take your feedback into consideration for possible future improvements. We'd welcome any further thoughts you're willing to share - feel free to reach out directly to our HR team at hr@usercentrics.com.

Pros

- Trainings + tools for becoming AI native: They recently rolled out Claude for the entire company. A huge investment, which is underscored by trainings, supportive Slack channels, talks, and more. I really appreciate that they're investing in their employees (and the org) becoming AI native. - Great values they actually mean: I have worked at many tech companies that like to pretend they have great values but only do so for the optics. In contrast, this place walks the walk. So much DEI is getting cut from companies. Usercentrics continues to invest. - Smart colleagues + great growth trajectory: Not much more to say here other than that.

Cons

Sometimes I get too many meetings put on my calendar
