      Pros

      Besides the obvious reasons of a great rate of pay and fantastic benefits, most employees are a joy to be around. They like their jobs and are very helpful, It is a very team atmosphere. From the Plant Director to the lowest paid employee. The open door policy is a true open door policy. There isn't only one person making all the decisions, it is very much a team.

      Cons

      Having been in Vegas during the recession and being with several different employers, Ocean Spray has turned out to be a blessing. The only Con was that it took 2 months from my first interview to land my job. But it was well worth the wait.

      None I'm aware of since I never even spoke to anyone.

      Cons

      Sent me TWO invites for phone interviews, I set a time TWICE and they NEVER called. Then they sent the email "Thank you for taking the time to apply for the Associate Supply Chain Planner position. While we enjoyed learning more about your skills and accomplishments, we have decided to continue our search for a candidate whose experience is a better fit for this role." An absolutely clueless company like most companies.
