You need to be able to manage your time well, stay disciplined with remote work, and hold yourself accountable. If you thrive with autonomy, you'll love it. If you need structure handed to you, it might be a challenge.

Where do I even start - One of the most toxic work environments I’ve experienced - Extremely long hours (10-11 hour days felt like the norm rather than the exception) - most often no one will ask you to work this long, but you'll be expected to deliver so much you won't be able to turn off the screen before 9 pm - If you didn’t go beyond those hours, you were made to feel like you weren’t a “team player” - Very high turnover - many people leave quickly or are fired if they don't deliver up to leadership's expectations Don't be fooled by the 5-star reviews by employees clearly asked to write a good word on Glassdoor, or by the curated social media posts. Do your homework - reach out to past employees on LinkedIn and ask them how it was working in ZenRows.
