      Pros

      The employees were great to work with. Besides that I can not offer any other Pro since the management has no interest in making any changes

      Cons

      Management has no idea what they are doing and so fearful of the competition. They treat their employees terribly and should look at change

      Fantastic product. Great corporate values. Wonderful people to work with.

      Cons

      Staff is lean and they could benefit from adding more personnel to ensure work is getting done properly. Still a family business with downside that goes along with such.
