Pros

Culture has taken hit after hit after hit since late 2024. However, there are still many lovely people in Pleo, it still has a lot of potential.

Cons

A constant state of re-org has not improved Pleo as a workplace, and has left many people in a state of looking for work. Expect the churn to continue until leadership stabilises the company.

Thank you for sharing your honest perspective. The last few years have seen Pleo change and evolve as a business — change has always been, and will always be, part of our DNA. We believe our agility is one of our strengths, and that balancing the pace it requires with long-term stability and a kind, empowered performance culture — where expectations are clear and people are supported to do great work — is how we win together. We have the plan, and our focus is on delivering on our ambitions — to keep building a stronger company and a great product for our customers.

Pros

Culture: Collaborative and high-energy. Best fit for: Proactive "builders" and lifelong learners. I can honestly say this is one of the most rewarding environments I’ve ever worked in. The standout feature is definitely the talent density—you are surrounded by incredibly smart, driven people who push you to be better every day. If you are a hands-on professional who thrives on actually building products rather than just talking about them, you will love it here. The culture rewards curiosity and a "get it done" attitude. It’s easily one of the best places to be if you’re looking to sharpen your skills and take real ownership of your work.

Cons

The pace is undeniably fast. Because we are constantly building and evolving, it requires a high degree of adaptability. If you prefer a static or highly predictable routine, the frequency of change might feel intense.
