Pros

Working here was a journey that started with hope but ended as a lesson in how quickly a culture can erode when those at the top lack both experience and empathy. The only positive chapter of this experience was the people beside me. The staff, who actually does the work and takes care clients, are some of the most talented and dedicated professionals I’ve ever met. They are the ones who carry the weight of the agency's reputation, consistently delivering high-quality work while receiving almost nothing in return from the company itself.

Cons

The reality is that this agency is a house of cards fueled by a massive disconnect between the C-suite and the staff. We are led by 2 people who had no prior experience in this type of role before taking over, and the lack of foundational business knowledge is glaring as we constantly lose clients. This mismanagement has led to layoffs and insulting "raises" of 3%, which don’t even cover the cost of living. It is a bitter pill to swallow when you realize the CMO pays her babysitter more than the entry-level employees the company is now forced to hire because anyone with actual experience has been fired or left. Meanwhile, the owner, Scott Harkey, is a ghost. Rarely seen and seemingly indifferent to the company’s struggles, all while living a lavish lifestyle in a $6 million home. Perhaps the most damaging part of the culture is the toxic environment fostered by management. This leadership is intimidated by intelligence; they view expert optimizations as insubordination and would rather pile work onto underpaid staff than listen to professional advice. From forcing employees to work in the office over the holidays to refusing to implement a true hybrid model, they have proven time and again that they value control over human well-being. If you value your self-worth and professional growth, look for a company where the leaders actually deserve the title.

Pros

A strong foothold in the Arizona community means working with large local brands.

Cons

Leadership team prioritizes showing face about "culture" while ignoring genuinely good work. This is a company that talks about advertising but doesn't actually do it. Meetings about meetings mean work cannot actually be done. Retention of talented employees virtually non-existent, while employees who kiss the ring but offer little to no actual contribution sink the companies culture.
