You are just a number, not a person

Pros

Unlimited vacation benefits but expected to still check in on work and work if something comes up because it’s unlimited

Cons

The company lacks a clear vision, evidenced by repeated failed mergers and acquisitions, showing an inability to execute them effectively. Leadership must provide a defined direction for both the company and its employees, treating them as valued individuals, not just numbers. Insensitive actions, like terminating an employee after a personal tragedy, and high client turnover highlight a lack of empathy and poor leadership.
