Long hours, no support from upper mgmt.

I would strongly advise anyone to take their business elsewhere. While a company is usually judged by its product, this one is fundamentally broken by its leadership. The owners foster an environment that is unprofessional, dismissive, and frankly, hostile. It’s clear that the "rot starts at the top" here. There is a complete lack of integrity in how they treat people, and it translates directly into the quality of their service. Dealing with the management is an exercise in frustration—they are arrogant, unresponsive to feedback, and seem to have zero regard for basic ethical standards. Save your time, your money, and your sanity. There are plenty of competitors who actually value human decency and professional excellence. This place isn't one of them.
