WP was a truly wonderful place to work. If you're looking to accelerate your career, Webprofits will do exactly that. A few standout pros during my time include: - Learn twice as much in half the time (literally) - Your days/weeks/months FLY - Surrounded by intelligent, supportive and FUN colleagues - Get crazy experience working across a number of industries - Setup with all the right tools (mac laptop, access to marketing tools like SEMRush, AHREFs, WFH allowance) - A simply BEAUTIFUL office with water views and free coffees I owe a lot of the success and progression in my career now to the learnings and awesome people I worked with at Webprofits.

- Meeting heavy (although this can depend on your clients/team/role and something that was actively working to be improved) - You need to be willing to put the time and the hard yards in or you'll be left behind (I wouldn't call this a con, but rather something to be aware of - WP isn't for the faint hearted). - Expectations can get lost or mismanaged through different layers of leadership
