Good client base and some good people are trying to sticking it out hoping it gets back to were it was.
Cons
Upper management is cluless to the fact that they are the toxic ones. People and Culture is the problem right now. They want everyone to conform and be positive, but they are missing the fact that they have no idea how to run this business. They have their heads in the clouds, and they are assuming none of the responsibly of what is going on at the moment. Hopefully the owner will read these reviews, fire upper " management " , and turn this ship around before it's to late. Unfortunately the few people left that know how to do their jobs get everyone else's work dumped on them. It is sad to see this happening.
