      Pros

      There are no pros for working for the two brothers who own this place. It is now known as iboss cloud.

      Cons

      I wouldn't recommend working here to my worst enemy. First, the pay is lower than industry standard. Of course the "excuse" is this is a start-up. Second, you don't get the benefits of a start-up. Not a "cool" culture where employees are given autonomy but micromanaged to death. Third, you will be yelled at and treated with disrespect on a regular basis. If you think that "sticking around" 'till the company goes public will get you stock options, well, I've got some land in Alaska I'd like to sell you.

      Pros

      Remote first. Very flexible for W/L balance. Great pay and competitive equity. Real revenue and growth. Relatively flat organization with a lot of autonomy. Some of the brightest people in the industry. Everyone is held to high standards.

      Cons

      Standards are very high which only is a problem if you don't want to grow.

      98% of the employees are kind and helpful. Paid weekly.

      Cons

      Sara is truly awful to work under. She’s condescending, rude, and overall a tyrant, not only to me, but to other employees as well. Working for her was was emotionally draining.
