Delivery has been a core focus of Kinetix for more than 20 years. As our business has grown and evolved, sales have naturally become a bigger focus so we can continue supporting our clients and our employee’s long term. This is something we’re always evaluating, and our CEO is very hands-on and personally invested in our sales efforts.
We also want to clear up any concerns around layoffs. Layoffs are not common at Kinetix. In 2024, external business challenges led to some difficult decisions, but as the business has rebounded, we’ve been excited to welcome back several former employees and add new team members as well.
When it comes to compensation, while base salary increases don’t happen every year, we do annually look at compensation as a total package. We’ve made a conscious effort to absorb rising healthcare and benefit costs, so those increases don’t come out of employees’ take-home pay. We also review market data and benchmarks annually to ensure our pay remains competitive. Compensation and benefits are areas we take seriously and continue to revisit to best support our team.
