Glue had an amazing company culture with super nice and supportive people always wanting to help you thrive. It is very casual in the office space and everyone is very friendly with each other.

No downsides. I do wish more people came into the office because the office is so nice and the people are so friendly.

Nice people, nice office, flexibility, decent benefits, good compensation.

Disorganized, unstructured, personal relationships drive the business and there is palpable favoritism, terrible client management, deceiving managers and policies (they will say we are not like other consulting companies; we won't lay off we will find work and there are a lot of silent layoffs around the team). Nobody follows process, some account partners are disrespectful and unprofessional when talking to other team members, in general is a messy place to work with not stability that continues losing clients because of lack of organization.
