Pros

Great industry and solid peers

Cons

Weakness of our executive team is unparalleled. Our CEO prefers his buddies to real software executives. There is not a single member of the organization above me that can code or has any experience building the systems we are trying to achieve. No real communication, management, or direction coming from the executives team. If it wasn't for junior team members that care the entire organization would be lost.

Pros

Full Swing has built a culture that actually lives up to the buzzwords. The work environment is energetic, collaborative, and people genuinely enjoy being here. Leadership is approachable and transparent, and there’s a strong sense of trust across teams. The ambiance of the workplace makes a difference—modern, well-designed, and aligned with the company’s brand and mission. It’s a place where people are proud of what they do and who they work with. Benefits are competitive and thoughtfully structured, and the company continues to invest in employee well-being, growth, and engagement. You don’t feel like a number here—employees are respected, supported, and encouraged to bring ideas to the table. The people are truly the best part. Smart, driven, and kind colleagues who collaborate rather than compete. There’s a strong team mentality and shared accountability for success.

Cons

Like any growing company, things move fast and priorities can shift. That may not be for everyone, but for those who enjoy growth and momentum, it’s a positive challenge.
