Pros
Comforce typically does well at finding you work and at better pay than most contract agencies but they are limited at finding high paying jobs because companies just don't want to pay people a living wage and want slaves not productive workers. They can help get you into a company that may be good and that you want to become permanent in.
Cons
I is a contract company so there are catches, they get a certain amount out of your paycheck, health insurance is triple than working direct with a company typical for the average person. so pay wise if they offer and mind you this is for every contract company, you want to deduct about 30 percent from whatever they offer, for example if they offer 15 your actual pay is 10.5 an hour. so what you want out of a contract company is for them to fight for quality pay which comforce has done for me in the past.
