      Pros

      I was able to, and needed to, get my hands on new equipment that usually is only found in much larger companies. I was a great chance to touch a large and varied number of systems on a daily basis.

      Cons

      It was a startup at that time, with all the cons you would expect at one.

      Pros

      Great work-life balance, with telework, flexible schedules and generous PTO. New, modern office. Easy cross-team collaboration. Great people. Designated game room with Xbox One and PS4.

      Cons

      Very fast-paced environment with seemingly little oversight. Everyone does the work of two or more people. Limited advancement opportunity.
