Pros

A lot to learn. Can help you be more well rounded in the industrial lab sector.

Cons

At the moment, not good enough trainers. Not enough one on one time with the person who should be training in the lab. They always get pulled away. They deserves more recognition for what they do.

Pros

Some helpful colleagues, Otherwise you won't be able to survive.

Cons

One of the key concerns is the lack of job security. Employees may feel uncertain about their future, as organizational decisions can change rapidly and unexpectedly. There have been instances where employees were informed of separation with little notice, creating an environment of uncertainty. While the compensation package may appear attractive, prospective employees should carefully evaluate the long-term stability of the role and the organization before making a decision. In many cases, a slightly lower salary at a stable organization with strong employee retention practices may provide better long-term career security. The company has also reduced several employee benefits over time, which has impacted overall employee satisfaction. Given the current challenges faced by the chemical industry, and considering the broader market outlook, concerns regarding stability and growth may continue for the foreseeable future. Additionally, despite a strong emphasis on company culture, employees may experience a highly monitored work environment with significant managerial oversight. Experienced professionals may find the level of micromanagement restrictive. Performance-based rewards and recognition also appear limited, with bonus structures and salary increments often following standardized percentages rather than being strongly differentiated based on individual performance.
