      Pros

      In my role I am lucky to work with a large team from all walks of life and nationalities. It's been great to learn about new cultures through my colleagues, and I have learned so much from each of them on how to best operate in different markets.

      Cons

      The con is also a pro in a way. Being in a remote role means there are limited opportunities for in person work. I am lucky to have more opportunities than most.

      Pros

      Even tho it’s a remote job the team and management have been incredibly supportive and amazing from day 1. This is my first remote working experience and beyond academy has set the bar super high! Super grateful to be part of such a lovely team and company and can’t wait to grow with them

      Don’t get to meet the team in person since we are all based in different parts of the world
