      HORRIBLE from the TOP DOWN

      Pros

      The people who actually live at the community are amazing. The community itself is beautiful.

      Cons

      Senior Management is deplorable. They do NOT care about their employees. There will be a pretty picture painted for you at the very beginning like free employee meals, the work out facility etc... but you will soon see that their leadership is HORRIBLE. From the top down there is a culture of nastiness. They do not care about their employees they will fire you or force you out on a whim.

      Pros

      location, benefit package, salary,scenery, free lunch. A chance to care for military veterans.

      Cons

      No respect for professional nurses. Unrealistic expectations for nurses. Nursing orientation is lacking what you need to be successful. Administration is adversarial.
