viaPhoton interview questions

Phone screening followed by onsite interview with several panels. Phone screening was a resume discussion and covered surface level qualifications. Discussion about previous projects, as well as the type of candidate they were looking for. Panel interview was with the head of engineering, HR, and two separate interviews with 2 other engineers each. Focus of the interview was on working in a team and less about technical qualifications. Very enjoyable process, it seemed like a great place to work.
