Illinois CPA Society interview questions

Had 5 rounds of interviews for this role with 4 separate people. I believe the number of interviews and repetitive questions was unnecessary. First round was a zoom interview with HR for 30 minutes. Second was a 60 min zoom interview with the hiring manager followed by a 45 minute zoom interview with the HR director. I made it to the final round which consisted of another zoom interview with the hiring manager then an hour interview with the departments director.
