Mastery Schools is a system of 23 public charter schools in Philadelphia and Camden. We educate 14,000 students in grades K-12. Most of Mastery’s schools are neighborhood schools. We partner with families to create vibrant, joyful learning communities.
Our goal is to meet the needs and support the dreams of every single student we educate. We pair high expectations with high support. We love our students and prioritize student achievement above all.
At Mastery, we believe educational inequity is one of the most pressing social problems facing our country and the civil rights issue of our day. We disrupt systemic racism and the inequities that limit our students’ choices. We nurture a culture where all staff, students, and families are valued and respected.
