That's why from the company’s inception we have prioritized creating a positive and supportive work environment that promotes physical and mental health. Back in 2012 we launched our flagship health & wellness program called #MyHealthMatters. The name was chosen carefully – a noun, a verb, and a reminder to take care of oneself.
#MyHealthMatters provides annual health checks offered both on-site and remote; counseling services; a 24*7 wellness platform with access to doctors, ambulance service, and pharmacy; community participation in exercise and fitness; women's health addressed holistically; and several initiatives keeping social well-being in mind.
