A well-established, mid-sized law firm in Columbia, South Carolina, is seeking motivated and detail-oriented attorneys to join its growing team. The firm maintains a high-volume, dynamic practice focused primarily on representing community associations.

The firm is hiring attorneys across multiple levels, including Staff Attorney, Associate Attorney, Of Counsel, and Entrepreneur Attorney, with opportunities available for both litigators and transactional/non-litigation attorneys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general legal counsel to community associations
• Handle litigation and dispute resolution matters (for litigators)
• Manage collections, liens, and foreclosures
• Draft and review contracts, pleadings, and real property instruments
• Conduct legal research using statutes, case law, and other authorities
• Represent clients at meetings, hearings, and trials (litigators)
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
• Maintain strict client confidentiality and secure data handling
• Track and report billable time
• Stay current on changes in applicable laws

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in South Carolina (required)
• 403 certification (required for litigators)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively under pressure

Compensation/Benefits:

• Salary: $75,000 – $120,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
